Wheel will not work with Visa?? Help please

Will the Game Elements Racing Wheel (Model #GGE904 HV-5) work with Windows Vista? Is there any installation software or drivers available? The original package says it works with Windows XP. I believe the wheel was made in 2003, before Vista came out. I now have a new computer with Vista and it will not load. I can't find any Driver or Instalation Software for it anywhere on the Internet, I tried a lot of sites with no luck. What do I need to do to get it working.
