Wheelchair basketball:can only disabled person allowed for playing?

I am wandering to know that only disabled person is allowed to play wheelchair basketball. Can someone tell me that normal person can play it?

  1. Wheelchair basketball is a great game. Internationally it is played in 77 countries. It was started in1940s as a rehabilitation tool for newly injured of World War Two. Anybody can play this sport at any level. Schools, colleges and community organization
