  1. Take a good grip on the handlebars. Now you have to do two things at once. If you're right-footed, have the right pedal up, and just past the center point. Step down hard on the right pedal, and pull up on the handlebars. It has to be one fluid motion. Takes a knack. Practice! Thing you have to watch, is the front end will go up in the air, and try to flip over backwards. To keep it from doing that, you have to balance the bike at just the right tilt, (front wheel in the air, at the right angle. A little higher than 45 degrees up from the ground, or a little lower. Each bike has it's own balance point.), plus keep it from going over one side, or the other, and pedal at the same time. Once you get it for your bike, the next time/s become easier. Don't get too Big-Headed, or you'll be flat on your back! Be prepared to 'walk off the back' if the front end comes up too far! Better practice on dirt, and have sum elbow, and knee pads on, plus maybe a helmet, and gloves. Skinned the cr*p out of myself before I finally got it! lol!
