Wheels Snap on Function worn out - Wheels come off

The wheel son this stoller/pram have a snap off/on function. Unforutnatley mine must be worn out as the wheels come off although I have snapped them on securely. I can feel the "washer" inside has lost their grip.Any idea where I can get replacement part and how I do the replacement please? I love this pram!
