  1. my son still does it every once in a while. It drives me nuts but it is just a noise. I ignore it unless it is followed by chronic coughing or if it is consistent for more than a day. Don't worry she is fine but just keep an ear out for it, if it is more consistent than you prefer then take her back and tell your doc that you are worried.

  2. My daughter does this thing when she is frustrated.  She scrunches up her face and breathes really hard and fast in and out of her nose.  When she does it makes a wheezing sounds almost as if she is congested, but she isn't.  I think it's just a way for her to express herself.  I wouldn't worry about it.

  3. yes my little boy was exactly the same it was a new noise he found if the doctor says its nothing then I wouldnt worry abt it.

  4. Personally I'd take her back to the doctors because it could be asthma or the start of a chest infection.  I have asthma and get frequent chest infections & when I'm "sick" I have no other symptoms & am otherwise well in myself - I just wheeze & can't breathe.

  5. i rushed my son to the hospital when he was 4 months old because he had the same wheezing sound. as it turn out i seemed like a over reacting parent who was crazy cause the doctors said he was perfectly healthy! they said its normal due to their age and its just a noise that they seem to make some times. if she starts coughing real bad or it seems to start to bother her breathing and anything i would take her back to the doctor but for now i think she is fine.
