a lot of MMA fighters do wheight training. I was reading in a BJJ magizine that Royce Gracie (my idol) wheight lifts 3 times a week and does cardio traing four times a week. im currently taking up boxing which should age in striking and have a BJJ gym im looking into right now. I would like to know some wheight lifting ruitines that i could do that are strickling for prepairing for MMA fighting. Also any cardio ruitines or weekly MMA training routines in general. Right now im only working on cardio byy running and sparing shadow boxing/fighting swimming ect. Any Info and routines or inside knowlege would be appricaited. Thank you.
