I'm 14 years old, i weigh around 105 pounds, and I'm about 5'1.
I don't want to lose much weight, only about 5-10 pounds.
I've been eating only cereal(without milk), dinner and fruit for the past couple days.
I've also been doing 100 sit ups and 100 push ups through out each day.
I was wondering if i will lose weight by doing this every day, and how long it will be before i see results. Or if i have to do more.
