When, roughly, did heliocentrism become a majority opinion among Muslims, will evolution follow this trend?

It doesn't matter how hard people fight against reality, reality always wins in the end.  It can take hundreds of years (heliocentrism being an example of this) but reality always wins.

People may keep fighting against evolution, but again, reality will win this one too.  And a hundred years from now, people are going to find it hilarious that, even after the year 2000, there were still young earth creationists.

And they'll be right, it is indeed hilarious.
