When's Twilight the movie coming out?

A lot of people are saying November 21st, but on the movie trailers they're saying December 12th. When's the real date?

12-12 is what it says on the trailer, but you can check www.imdb.com and enter 'twilight' to check the current release date. www.rottentomatoes.com is also a good sight, and the twilight website still says 12-12- of this year. It's just a catchy way of getting people to remember it.

Movie News Flash!

So, many of you have heard that the release of the sixth Harry Potter movie, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, has been moved from this Thanksgiving to next summer. First and foremost, please know that this schedule change has absolutely nothing to do with Twilight, me, or Summit Films (so enough with the imdb death wishes, okay?). This is Warner Bros. decision, and it was not motivated by anything Twilight-related.

Now for the good news! Though we're all sad to have to wait for Harry Potter, this open spot at the theater creates a cool opportunity. The good people at Summit were thrilled to let me know that now Twilight fans are going to get their movie three weeks earlier than scheduled. That's right—Twilight will be released in theaters November 21st! Let the merry-making commence!

It was set for a December 12th release but since Harry Potter's release got pushed back, Summit moved Twilight's up three weeks, so it's coming out November 21st [:

It's November 21st now because the new Harry Potter movie moved their date to I think next summer because they didn't want competition with Twilight. That's what I heard.

it was December 12th but they had a change of plans and now it comes out the 21st of November

Well it used to be December 12 2008 but I think the Harry Potter movie had to be moved to a later date so The Twilight movie got moved to the sooner date of November 21 2008!!!! WOO!!! The movie was supposed to come out on December 12. But then Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince , which was coming out November 21 moved their movie date to July 17 2009, so the makers of Twilight saw an open spot, and decided to move Twilight to November 21.
