When's daylight savings in australia?

when exactly is daylight savings in australia (ie day & month)? also tell me which one makes it an hr earlier & which one makes it an hr later. also...does it very bw different parts of aus? if so, could u tell me melbourne's daylight savings? sorry for being to convoluted!!

daylight savings start 3rd Saturday night in October and finishes 3rd  Saturday night in March

time goes backwards at 2am  at start of daylight time

and  forward at the end of daylight time  

this is for Sydney and Melbourne as well as some more but not Queensland
