When A Waiter is Serving on the Left, do they use their Left hand or Right Hand?

most will use their dominent hand, whether serving from lest or right.  It is considered proper, however, to serve from the right side.  There will be occassions where they do have to serve from the left, and it is not appropriate to reduce the tip just because conditions do not allow service from the correct side.

Personally, I use my right hand because I am not so good with my left so I always serve from the right but occassionally i have served from the left and if its one plate I will use my left hand
