the olympics are awesome. take advantage of the fact that they only happen every 4 years...the olympics are special because not only do they have great sports and exciting games...it brings the world together at peace...yeah we're competing but we are also sharing one place with our enemies and enjoying ourselves.

If you really want to see an amazing late night show try tuning into any TV channel on Aug 24th and watch the closing ceremony of the games. They said that the opening one was brilliant but my guess the closing one will be even better

In my eyes yesterday!I can't believe all the world wars and pandamonium going on,and they have olympics blocking most networks.The money they spent on those games could have fed,a starving country for months,or built several apartment buildings for the homeless.I guess I am not a big fan of the summer games,well winter either.Send all that cash to the needy,they would be more grateful than watching Phelps eight gold medals (that are probably overlay)oh well I guess that is more important than our soldiers being blasted at daily!

August 24th...it's really horrendous that this thing happens every four years isn't that? that is way too much, it should be every 8 years or something. And to make you suffer for almost a whole month without NBC's quality late night shows is appalling...I am going through Leno's gigantic chin withdraw...

What the heck are you talking about??  Don't you know we haven't seen something of this historic magnitude since the 1936 Berlin Olympics??

Forget that people in Red China are being tortured and killed and many of the people live in Third World squalor.  We want to see our Olympics!!
