When Bill Clinton said at the convention Obama will win because he is on the right side of history....?

What specifically did he mean? What part of history? He also said he won because of the same reason. I just thought this was interesting.

Because secretly Bill and Obama both know that "RIGHT" is the winning side. Even if they won't admit it.

The truth can be twisted to put anyone on the "right side of history"  Besides who knows, if saddam was still in power does anyone know for certain he would not have invaded another country or developed nukes or aided terrorists?  Maybe in 10 or 20 years Bush will have been on the right side of history.  No one has a crystal ball, to imply you have one is arrogant and dishonest.
