  1. When he stole the election, the economy was good, there was a budget surplus, people had jobs that payed a decent wage, and gas was $1.78/gallon.

He worked hard to make sure this country was in the crapper by the time he left the White House.

  2. Obviously the country is far far worse off now than when he took over.  There is no question about that.  You can look at any aspect of American society and you'll find it worse off.

  3. Lets see when Bush got in office: We were not bogged down in a dead end war. We were not in a huge recession. Gas prices were not effecting the lifestyle of the middle class. The middle class wasn't shrinking. Rich people paid their fair share of taxes.  Corporate welfare was not as expansive. Private corporations weren't allowed to make profits off a dead end war. Our debt wasn't topping $9 trillion and climbing each day. We were respected around the world. Our military was not stretched to thin.

  4. Remember Bill Clinton lamenting the fact that 9/11 didn't

    happen on his watch?

Bill and Al Gore did everything they could think of to destroy the economy and failed because that honor had been reserved for the son of Poppy Bush.
