  1. I think you just made a good hit for a plenty non-arrogant heads. The arrogant ones will however only be pushed further away from truth by such questions as soon as they figure out they are "not" on their side.

  2. well me personally I believe in God, and I dont try to Argue his existence with people who Dont believe becuase if you dont then thats your personal choice , arguements over the beliefs are a waste in my oppinion... im not going to stop believing, and Atheists arent going to believe becuase I say so... no point in debating, im tired of the endless debates to no end.

  3. They secretly want to disbelieve.

  4. Actually it is the way that it works in court. If they have a belief in God and you argue the point the burden of proof is on you.

Now on the other hand if the theist were to start the argument it is up to them to prove that God existed.

So you see the aggressor in the argument is the one that needs to do the proving.

  5. " If people are good only because they fear punishment, and hope for a reward, then we are a sorry lot indeed"

  6. No because it' is impossible to prove is  why I suppose , but as for me I know that He exist for a fact . I have seen Jesus in a vision , God has spoken to me , 3 times in a voice , and even been healed in one second after asking God to heal me . And have seen hundreds of other things that God has done . So it does not matter to me if you believer or not , I know for a absolute indisputable fact God is real .

I suppose the ones that try to get you to disprove  that God is ,real don't know for sure themselves .

  7. No, maybe it's becuase we're sick of all these aethiest or people argueing about our beliefs, it's faster for us to ask you to disprove God so we can counteract and prove God Exists instead of us listing all the reasons why God exists since there's way too many.

  8. For some of us that is undoubtedly the case. But you cannot prove a negative, so asking someone to prove God does not exists is silly. No one can do it. It is like saying, "prove I am not thinking of the number 12."

Besides, "proof" is a subjective term. I prefer the term "evidence."

And yes, personally I believe there is a great deal of evidence that there is a God. Perhaps not your idea of God, but a God none the less.

  9. No

We are just sick and tired of people asking for proof when you already know there is no proof to give because the proof only comes directly from God.

Since we know you know this answer already, it stands to reason to question your motivation behind asking that same question for the thousandth time.

If I dont care if you believe it or not, why should I have to prove anything to you?

When atheists are asking for proof of God do they really secretly believe that he does exist and hoping that Christians can confirm it to them?

(do you find that question at all obnoxious because its the same kind of question)

Oh look all the atheists are getting a bunch of thumbs up and the christians are getting thumbs down

    shocking

I guess some atheists dont like to hear opposing viewpoints, too.

  10. do u think the ppl tht were martyred were still trying to figure out if God really exists & depending on other ppl to prove to them tht he exists?

  11. They ask? But think about it this way; he still hasn't shown up. They have to be having doubts and then running to church and asking for forgiveness. The belief system is completely faith based. That is all they have and they are afraid not to believe because then they will go to a h**l that they were (by extension) not believing in.

  12. I don't ask that question of anyone and I've already got all the proof I need.

  13. There is no compulsion on anyone to believe in God; is there? Then why the h**l on earth a Christian try to ask fools about something they are already convinced about? Even if someone asks such a question, it is because of his clear conviction that nothing on earth can point a finger towards the Almighty. Everything comes from him and will finally reach to him and he will decide their future for the hereafter.

  14. Well, you can't ,in a non-fuzzy A or NOT-A universe, disprove something and prove it at the same time. Suffering disproves omnipotent benevolence and therefore that idea of 'God' but doesn't do a thing to prove 'God' exists.

  15. It's a rhetorical question...we don't actually think you can provide it.

  16. what else can they say? actual proof?

  17. I don't feel obliged to disprove anything. If someone wishes to prove something to me I am willing to listen.

  18. We seek the truth too, if you got evidence lets hear it.

  19. It is all in the belief and how strong is your faith! They must be trying to find out how strong is their belief by asking for proof. We also ask our beloved many times whether she loves us, even though we know she does and that is only to reconfirm the belief what we have!

  20. Christians with an average or above average IQ deep down know religion's only good purpose is to make people feel better about themselves.  They just don't see the harm in lying.  Too bad they didn't listen to their parents when they told them that lying is NEVER the right thing to do.

  21. I think you might have stumbled on something here.
