Boy! This is nuts! When someone is Denied/Refused a Visa. Does the Consular Officer usually stamp the Passport on back Denied or Refused Visa? Even if he goes through a Lawyer?

  2. The passport is not stamped for being refused a visa but there is a letter informing the applicant without any reason.
