When Do Michael's coupons come out?

When do Michael's coupons come out? I need a good one because I have to make a big wilton purchase.... however their last coupon (for 50% off) expired on July 5.... when can I expect the next coupon to come out?

Usually you can find them in your Sunday newspaper!  They typically have a 40 or 50% off coupon every week.
