Not just physically, but when do most people make well-informed decisions based on experience?

  1. Depends on the person, for me it was when I had my children but some never grow up!


  2. Wow, tough question.  I'm going to give you an answer of 30, generally speaking.  Before that, you don't have much life experience to refer to.  As you age, your decisions should continue to get better and better - in theory.

    Some people never really make good decisions.  Some seem to make good decisions most of their lives.  It always depends on the individual.  I know I'm hedging my answer, but it's true.


  3. It varies, especially based on your definition, but legally a person is considered culpable for their actions at age 18.

  4. After you've had a few experiences like buying cars, a house, getting married, kids, career, etc. And when you deal with all your own insurance c**p!

  5. believe it or not some never do, but in most places it is considered age 18
