  1. They're asking for applications from potential beta testers at the moment - see http://www.tivo.com.au/testtivo/ ; so after their beta testing period is over.

    The press release announcing TiVo in Australia mentioned a release date in time for the Beijing Olympics, which are held mid-August.  Whether or not this happens we'll have to see.

    Can't give you a more exact date than that, sorry.

  3. I dont think it is.  We only have five free channels...so it would be pointless there.  

    And Foxtel have IQ...which does the same thing.
