I doubt it.  These kinds of phrases differ between languages.  For instance, "It's all Greek to me" translates to "It's all Hebrew to me" in French and "It's all Spanish to me" (!) in German.  And "French toast" is called "pain perdu" ("lost/wasted bread") in French (it originated as a use for stale bread--dip or soak it in egg and fry it).  So the French probably have an equivalent expression, but most likely it doesn't involve English.
