  1. He's not going to make it, but if he did, it'd be with either the Marlins (best season, longest tenure, and a world series win) or Dodgers (2nd longest tenure, best overall stats)

Or more realistically, wherever he plays the next couple years, because he's gonna need a couple nice seasons to get himself in

  2. When he retires he will go in as a dodger. He played there for four years hit over 100 homers there and his stats from there are better then anywhere else. He is a hall of famer. He only have 1100 career strike outs in his 20 years playing. He has never struck out more then 83 times in a season also.

  3. Sheffield is not a hall of famer despite what his numbers state.  The guy was a great hitter in his prime but not a good all around player nor teammate on no matter what team that he has played on.  I personally has always felt that the guy is a cancer to the clubhouse and always too selfish.  If we were to make the HOF though, I would say that he would end up choosing the team that drafted him. Brewers!

  4. Yes  New York

  5. He won't make in into HOF but if he did he could represent  Yankees or Detroit depending on which stats where better on which team he's played for in his career. I think Sheffield doesn't have the stats for it because he needs more home runs but he is not dominant anymore.

  6. Gary Sheffield will never make the Hall of Fame!!

  7. I don't think that a single person would ever try to get Gary Sheffield into the hall because he just doesn't deserve it. Sure the guy used to put up some pretty nice numbers for his hitting but that's all. He's never been a stellar fielder and he never will be, he will always be average or lower. Also lately all of his numbers have been going down hill. He's getting old and that means that they will probably only get worse. If he doesn't blow everybody out of the water next season with his hitting he's either looking at a lot of bench time or retirement. And then the only thing he will be remembered for is his crazy batting stance.

  8. Sheffield will not make the Hall of Fame. He was a above average hitter in his prime which didn't last very long. But he struck out a lot. Also he was not very good fielder at all. And a bad teammate. But if he somehow does make the it, it would be with the Dodgers because he was there a long time compared to the others and was the best there.
