For the past few days, I've been doing 3 sets of 10 minute stationary bicycling every night. I'd do 10 minutes and lose approx. 105 calories, then have a 5-10 minute break and then do another 10 minute set ect. I've found that when ever I'm near the end of the second set or near the end of the third set, my v****a gets really hot and bothering. Why? Thanks :)P.S. Sorry if this is a bit disgusting
