Question:

When I'm angry, how do I express my anger?

Well I know the question sounds really stupid. your probably thinking this person is messed up. Well I'll tell you, im not aha.

It's just alot has been going on lately this summer and some thigns are making me really mad.

I dont want to say, but you probably know what I mean.

well heres the main reason why I asked this question.

I dont want to scream in a pillow everytime because for that few minutes its all out, but then the anger comes back like wildfire. I dont want to damage anything, because I did it before now theres a dent on my wall where my foot hit it. And I always give attitude to people when Im mad, and im getting really tired of it. And its ruining my days that I have fun with. Well whatever comes to your mind, just say whatever,

  1. i write down everything that im feelign then tear it up. when ur done writting all the bad **** down you feel much better.

    and i usually punch someone something.

    but that usually gets me in jail.

  3. hmm I have the same problem that you do. What helps me is to watch a funny movie or tv episode, watch funny YouTube videos, listen to upbeat music, work out, pet animals (this really helps...if you have pets that is :P ) draw, build something.. try focusing your energy into something that you enjoy. If you are around the source of the problem then carry around an mp3 player with you so you can concentrate on that. Make sure to take time out of your schedule for you. Have a bubble bath and get a manicure. Anything that will help you relax :)

  4. Whenever I'm angry or upset, I write in a journal and let it all out on paper.....sometimes I write a few lines, sometimes I write several pages.  Here's the catch!!..........at the end of whatever I've written, I always make a point of listing 5 things I am thankful for!!  Believe me, sometimes I have struggled with those 5 things, but I always feel better after I do it........it's rather like positive reinforcement that it's not all bad!
