When I'm growing a large amount of mung bean sprouts(about 100lb),how do I prevent having bad beans sprouts?

Frankly, if one is growing that many plants all on their own, there is little to nothing one can do to prevent some mortality or stunted individuals -- low viability / poor growth individuals are just part of natural variation.

You can help them by thinning them out once they sprout. That way they get more air which helps them to not rot and helps prevent diseases and that also gives them more light. Good luck.
