Question:

When I'm laying in bed, is my bed vibrating, or is it my body?

Every night when I go to bed, I feel the bed vibrating underneath me. This started about a month ago, and although I first thought it was the cat jumping on and off, I realized nothing could possibly be moving it. I have heard that it is actually my body's energy field that I am aware of. Has anyone else gone through this?

  1. I had a dream once where it felt like my body was vibrating, or buzzing. It was weird, because I'd sink into sleep and I'd feel like I was  flying through clouds, but then I'd wake up a bit more and I could feel my whole body buzzing and vibrating. It even made a weird buzzing noise in my sinuses and ears too. That was the most vivid dream I've ever had.

If you're body really is buzzing, maybe you're getting ready to have an out of body experience? Or to get some cool spiritual guidance from higher planes of existence? Who knows? It's possible!

All I know is I wish I could have another vibrating/buzzing dream. . .It was really weird and cool at the same time. . . .  :)

EDIT: LOL at the answer above me.

  2. IS your vibrator on under your mattress??

  3. I agree with the person who mentioned Out of Body experiences.  Whenever I would concentrate when younger to try and seperate from myself, as far as I'd ever get was a strange vibrating all over.  It seemed like an in between state.....from wakefulness to traveling.

  4. hihihihihihihihihihihihihihihihihihihihi... iiihhiiiiiiihihhihhhihihihihhihihihihiii...

  5. That happened to me once. it turned out the people in the apartment below me had an unbalanced ceiling fan that was actually shaking the floor below my room.

  6. yeah, I know just what you talking about, and yeah, it is your body shaking.

things within you are constantly moving around, especially your bloodstream. because of this, your body does move and shake even when you try to stay still.

and example of this is when you hold out your hand. no matter how much you focus, it still moves slightly, due to the blood flowing in and out of it.

so, nothing to worry about, nor is there really much you can do about it. hope this helps......
