When I'm nervous, I make it obvious?

My face turns red, I start laughing, and I studder a lot if I'm nervous or trying to hide something. How can I stop this?

  1. Take big massive deep breaths and think of how you ate your breakfast that morning...it takes your mind of it...think of a specific detailed time!!

    It works for me!


  2. Distract yourself with visualization.  Picture the ocean, with a light blue sky with the sun shining bright and birds flying and singing.  If that doesn't work, picture something you really like.  Hope this helps!
