  1. Usually people don't become managers if they haven't had any playing time in any level of baseball, from A to MLB. Sorry


  2. chances are you won't play professionally so you would have to go to college. You can get into a graduate assitant program where your like a student coach, Maybe at a highschool or even a small college. if you do well you can always get better jobs but completing your highschool degree then college degree is the start. good luck, nice profession

  3. Well, most managers didn't just go right out of college to do that.

    Most of them are former players.

    Others started off as bat boy's then to base coaches, then to pitching coaches, and then became managers.
