  1. if you meant an image on blog, it would base size on original from the online album, and may distort if not in table framed with img src size tags,

if you meant browse to attach image, limit is 5mb, and would reset to preset image-wrapper <border="0" height="2xx" width="2xx"> within tag, and when you click on magnifying glass its shows full size for your convenience,

so if you wanted image smaller you can edit copy of original to smaller size and use to upload instead  of large image,

if you were referring to profile, it would limit size smaller image, with thumb nail wrapper sizing,

  2. I am assuming you are talking about your Id image or a photo you uploaded to Yahoo for use as your Title image for your blog.

The only way this can happen is if when you edited the image in your photo editor you did not save the changes, because the only thing a computer will upload from a file is what is in that file to work with, it can't add its own sizing or modifications.

If you are using an offsite hosting site and are using their resizer, are you downloading the new size back into your computer and using that image to upload to yahoo for your blog or id image instead of the old one? If you make changes to a photo on one of the hosting sites.. you have to download the edited photo back into your computer to upload to another site or go directly from that host site with a url to the address of the new location.

It could very well be that yahoo has gone crackers again and it is a bug from them.

If you are running Windows xp, they have a wonderful little power toy image resizer that I use all the time.. go to Microsoft home and do a site search for Windows XP Powertoy Downloads.. and try it.. it is a really great working little lightweight addon to your browser, which coming from Microsoft actually works!

  3. ist of all make sure that u have saved the changes

2:- few images are not allowed to edit due to copy rights.

3:- after making changes you should save the file by using save as option and then give it a new name of ur choice that should be differ from the old image files name.

Hope so you will got the idea. byeeeeeeeeeee
