When I alt tab, my computer freezes?

It only happened these few days. So whenever I Alt Tab it freezes, like literally, EVERYTHING freezes. The only way I could get out is cntrl alt del and the alt tab menu is gone. It's really annoying because alt tab is what I do like..everyday. Could it be a virus?

I doubt its a virus. My first suggestion is to restart your computer. When it is starting up, hit F12. This sould open the boot menu. using the arrow keys, select Hard Drive, and press enter. This should fix the problem.

If it is a virus, its probably a macro. Unfortunetly, the only way to fix this is wit an anti-virus program. However, I doubt this is the case. If so, i would suggest Regscrub at www.regscrub.weebly.com (Gee, I hope this dosn't count as spam.) Its complety free, and fixes problems such as yours.
