When I am emailing in my group it says my real name instead of my user name, why and how do I change it?

up top where it say my account..follow what it says all the way step by step and you will find in there either your user name or your real name..thats how you can fix it

In the preferences of your email (whatever program or web-based email that you use), you probably have your real name listed.  Go into those preferences and change that to whatever name you want to appear.
