When I am talking to a certain number on the phone I am hearing weird music. What is it?

I have At&T phone service for my home phone and When Talking to a certain line we hear a wierd noise. It's scaring both of us.

you might have to disconnect the phone in the plug and then reconnect it.

or your fone is crappy and you might have to het a new one

If it only happens when you talk to this person, you should ask him/her if it happens to them all the time.

Sometimes your phone can pick up on radio waves. Either of you could let the phone company know what's going on and they can install a supressor on the line that will filter out the radio signal.

I've actually had someone scream into the phone one time and neither one of us knew what or who it was. It was a guy screaming SHUT UP.

it plays wen you call a number

Sometimes when you call a company and they put you on hold, weird music will play... ;)~ he he he he

The phone lines might be crossed during sometime of the installation or bad weather or any reason at all.

But you may hear some white noises if you know what I mean.
