When I apply for a Employer Identification Number for a C Corporation in Nevada, do I use the Nevada address o the state of California address that I have for the same Corporation doing business in California ??????????

A corporation must have a permanent address on file where it receives official mail and can be legally served, this is usually an attorneys office.  As you are doing business in California , you must be registered as a foreign corporation with the state and pay registration fees, taxes etc.  I have read here that in the long run that is more expensive than being a California corp.  I hope you have received good legal and accounting advice, and if you are asking this question it appears as if you may have not.  I'd suggest getting some quickly, as C corps must operate under very strict rules.
