When I arrive at Palma airport, Palma, mallorca...?

should I have a shuttle waiting for me or just book a casual taxi (the journey to the resort is only aboout 15/ 20 mins). Prices for the shuttle are ~15 pounds and a taxi will be up to 25 euros. I am travelling alone but think that the shuttle is too much effort to find. taxi's are just there.

taxi - cheaper and hassle free, you don't stop at 20 hotels to let other people off

I would go for the taxi. Your bigger concern should be, do you want to get one of those wee buggies to get you from one end of the airport to the other!! It's absolutely huge. I was there at the end of May and it took me a good fifteen minutes to get from one end to the other....

We always take a taxi ,they are much quicker and less hastle.

shuttle is probably easier to find as they are right outside arrivals - but depends how many other stops are before yours - yawn!!!
