It seems like it refreshes only. It's only a fantasy baseball group, but it's Age Restricted. So, being 33, I click "I agree" and it doesn't do anything...

could be a server glitch, could be an error on DOB when you created your account. only way to know for sure is have you ever enter such a yahoo site and had this not happen? or create a new ID, see if you can get in
