  1. a combination ?- your upper jaw does not ever really move without the help of your neck. It's awkward and probably not good for your neck to strain it every time you eat--- that's why your lower jaw is built to be the moving part.  A combination would utilize the strength of the lower jaw with the stability of your upper. That's how we were made to eat, there's no sense in trying to change it.
