Okay so i'm having problems with my phone, so i called Asurion, which is the insurance company that covers my cell phone. When they tried to do some verification, they asked me if i've ever been associated with these addresses. They gave me four addresses, and an option of none of the above. Since i did not know of any of the addresses, I said none of the above. And i'm assuming i was wrong because they terminated the call and said I would get a call back from a supervisor within 24 hours...this has happened several times. Can anyone explain why!!! Thank you

  1. You cell number may have been previously assigned to someone else. So the previous addresses are coming up in the records for that number. Or possibly, they may have had another customer with your same name.

Go to the place where you got the phone and tell them you want the problem resolved. If they don't satisfy your problem, call the manufacturer of the phone. If this doesn't work file a complaint with the FCC.
