  1. Many cell providers and VOIP's will have this problem when calling other cells or landlines. Some carriers are better than others. It has to do with the digital to analog conversions needed with cell and VOIP connections. This creates a time lag, and sometimes a 'talkover' and echo..


  2. Are you calling from a landline?  Cell phone? VOIP?

    If it happens only when you call any landline then It is a issue with your service call your provider

    if it is only on a few calls like a particular number only then it is the other persons phone.  If you are using VOIP then there is a lag and you don't have fast enuf internet service.

  3. It is likely your phone system and/or your service provider.  Talk to your service provider first to find out what solutions they can offer you.
