For example, if I wake up 20 min. before my alarm goes off and take my temp should I adjust it, note a different time on my chart, or just ignore the time change and keep the temp and time the same? Does 15-20 min. time difference matter much?

  1. No, you just have to take it before getting out of bed and moving around

  2. No, u will be fine. You could notate if it would make u feel better but they refer to a difference of an hour or more...which would then make your temp be slightly higher as your temp naturally goes up throughout the day.

    Best of luck to you!

  3. I charted my temps prior to conceiving. Somedays, especially weekends were usually a different time. I always kept the temp the same as to what the reading was no matter what time I woke up. Obviously, you want to try to stick with the same time for the most accurate information but I never saw an issue with it. 15-20 minutes should not really make any difference. I conceived within 3 months of charting my temps. Good luck!
