When I checked my Paypal account why did it say my paypal debit card is closed, reported lost/expired

...when the expiration date is 3/10? How do I get another one? I click on card request and it doesn't do anything. Why is that?

I had something similiar happen, I had to resubmit my security information, come to find out they said a third party had tried to access my account, There is probably a reason why they did what they did, you can get into Paypal and look more extensively, also they have a place you can send them an e-mail, I would write them with present account info etc. and tell them what happened, and ask assistance as to how to fix the problem.
