When I click internet my computer shut down automatically

my computer keeps shutting down when i turn the internet explorer. A box pops up and says NT AUTHORITY/ SYSTEM because DOCOM sever process launcher service terminated unexpectlty. What does that mean. Please help

either u got ur computer hacked or...

if u r not the "admin" of the computer meaning that u can download stuff then that could be a reason. and whoever is the "admin" of ur computer should be able to change the security levels....

this is defiantly a stronger virus/ Trojan they can shut down any security systems and even if you get the security systems to run they wont be able to even see them. these types of viruses multiply i think your best guess is to look for it manually or go to a best buy or circuit city and buy a good anti virus program or have someone have a look at it

You probally have a virus. Either you should try buying a disc or if you have a program already on your computer to scan for a virus.

use another browser, right click on the icon (ur IE) and see where the shortcut is coming form, also how long has this been happeneing, u can restore to an earlier time,!!!

Restart your computer and keep hitting F8. A menu should come up. Pick safe mode. When your windows loads in safe mode try to click on the internet explorer then. If it work download AVG free and do a virus scan. Also Download spybot search and destroy and run that to.

you have a virus, i think you should

a- get someone to fix it or

b- clean your comp system then reload everything - it takes time and a lot of waiting or

c- get a new comp
