  1. There are many glitches with various yahoo links, especially with links within answers.yahoo.com, yahoo is based on unix servers (much like linux servers) and don't work the same way as Microsoft or Mac based software or servers, you can't control how yahoo runs their servers, but you can everything you can to make sure everything is running properly on your end of the computer - i.e. click at the top of internet explorer tools/internet options/clear cache, temp files, history, click the programs tab and click reset web settings and under the advanced tab click restore defaults.

Also manually scan your computer for any viruses weekly (perhaps more often depending how often you use your computer) - by deleting cookies from your browser, you reduce the chances of one of those cookies causing problems by hanging or forming a glitche that ends up directing you to a different page or link instead of where you should have ended up, sometimes their links are broken and are letter fixed, servers are always being updated, which you can't control but you can do a lot on your end to reduce any negative experiences your computer may have in how it reacts to other people's servers, hope this helps, take care.

  2. well you obviously have a slow link but try to download the toolbar again and see if that makes any difference and works faster
