When I click on a news item off the first page, it keeps only loading about 1/4 the article,refesh doesn't wrk

it loads usually the first paragraph and quits, i keep refreshing and it keeps doing the same thing, it does this on every browser opera, ff,ie.. should i just stop using yahoo because they don't have enough andwith or what?
