When I click on my 360 my chosen picture shows, when I write or answer a question it doesn't. Why???

Can someone give me some fool-proof instructions please?

possibly a delay within 24 hours, could check other options and settings, since your image shows up in profile and not here in question, possibly check your location and time zone,

if you meant upload images to photo album, which is now flickr, you can login there and upload or download tools uploader,
