When I click on the Sympatico Security Manager it askes me to enter subscription information & type my Sympatico user name ( the one which starts with b1xxxxxx ) I put in the only one Iknow that wasgiven to me at the Bell store where I purchased Sympatico. The # given to me was b1nkqb37 & when I put this # in & push next I get a meesage which says : No account matches this account ID Please try again. Help!!! Whats wrong.
