When I close my eyes?

Question

when i close my eyes i see these color spots moving around,

not really sure how to explain it, but it is a trip,

It is almost like seeing a kalidoscope (spelling?)

sometimes it dissolves outward like squars... but thats when i actually concentrate on the patterns and try to follow them outward :)

They are usually yellow, orange and green going outwardly, and blue, purple, green, inwards

Why is this happening?

that's like when you return from beach to a room you can see for moment and then your vision return normally

that was called (dark adaptation) the ability of eye to change it's power of determination the details

l would say the majority of people experience this.You will find it happens more so when you have been out in the daylight and then close your eyes.............
