When I convert my videos on my digital camera to a mp4 on Itunes my video dont have audio when I play it, why?

Don't use iTunes to convert video, because iTunes cannot convert muxed video, the video will lost sound. I always use this video converter to convert my camera video to mp4 video, my friends recommend it to me, it's easy to use and works pretty good for me
