  1. Maybe you could try stretching before and not eating right before you dance. Maybe like wait half an hour?

    Drink lots of water!<3

  2. you really need to warm up before you dance, things like star jumps and running through the feet should do you good. I also suggest you warm up your arms.

here are a few things you should stretch:

    quads (front of thighs),

calves(1 bent leg out in front other leg stretched out behind you),

also, that stretch with the back leg bent is a good one to but be careful not to roll your ankles in. rotate your neck around, practice touching your toesand you should be fine.

    hope I helped!

  3. it's because you aren't stretching before you dance or your moving your abs move then your used to.

  4. You do need to warm up before dancing. You also need to drink more water. You're muscles are cramping because you are not hydrated enough.

Also, you should get into better shape. Do some cardio and running and dancing won't seem so difficult and your body won't be in shock doing those things.

  5. Cramps in most any muscle of your body can be caused by low potassium.  I suggest you eat a banana before you dance, because they are high in potassium.  They are a good healthy snack.

PS:  If you bruise easily, that is also a sign of low potassium.  Also, some medications sap your body of potassium.  Your situation does not sound serious, but consult your doctor if it continues to be a problem for you.

  6. you need to get into better shape and up your fitness level, stretching out before dancing will help quite a bit but won't replace being in better shape
