When I delete an album from my Zune, it won't let me re-load it.

Question

I had to delete the new Bullet for My Valentine album from my Zune, because that new update they issued separated it so it was no longer under one album. So I deleted it, so I could re-load it as one whole album, but now it won't show up on my Zune library.

If anyone has had experience with this, I would really appreciate any help!
