When I do a refund at Amazon, does this charge me something?

  2. Not sure if your asking as the buyer or the seller but I guess either way the answer is basically the same...No.

    If your the seller and you must issue a refund its easy enough to do from your seller account. After clicking the button you decide how much of a refund (All, minus shipping, half) that you want to give.

    If your the buyer looking for a refund. Go to your account under Track your items. Click on 'view Order' and you will see a box at the top right corner that says "Need to return a item" Click that and follow the process. If its there fault they pay shipping if its your, you pay shipping.
