When I do cardio (at home) on my elliptical trainer machine?

Do I need to wear sneakers / running shoes? or can I train with bare feet? I am asking health wise... thanks.

  1. You should talk to your chiropractor, he will know what is best.

    Running/jogging can cause back problems, they say that good running shoes reduce this risk. So if you don't have shoes on that don't have good impact protectors.... you might be damaging your legs/back.

    Definitely talk to your chiropractor, probably about $35 visit that can save you $1000's


  2. If it doesn't hurt your feet then it doesn't matter.
